Creation Mode: Draw Line on Terrain

Purpose and Effect: This action enables you to direct water from a building roof to a specified outlet on the surface. To set up the roof runoff, draw a line from the roof to your desired outlet position. You can customize the outlet's diameter and capacity in the Action Settings Panel to suit your requirements. If the water volume exceeds the outlet's capacity, the excess water will be distributed around the building as detailed in the Roof Water description.

Hint: To simulate rain and ensure that roof water flows through the outlet, you must enable these features in the Simulation Settings Panel. Activate rain via Surface: Rain and roof water via Buildings: Roofs.
