Creation Mode: Assign to Sewer Conduit

Purpose and Effect: Allows users to simulate constrictions in sewer conduits. In the simulation, discharge within the conduit is restricted to a maximum Capacity specified in the Action Settings Panel, which can be set to zero to represent a full blockage.
