Creation Mode: Draw Polygon on Terrain

Purpose and Effect: Allows users to define zones of uniform landuse to complement or correct inaccurate landuse data. The selected landuse type influences the parameterization of the Infiltration, Interception, and Surface Roughness model components. Users can specify the landuse type in the Action Settings Panel, but only those types defined in the current Landuse Coloring scheme will be available.
