Inflows
There are several sources of inflow into the sewer network:
- Roof water
- Surface water at storm drains
- Surface water at sewer nodes
- Water from Sewer Node Inflows at sewer nodes
- Dry weather inflows
These inflows can be regulated in the Simulation Settings Panel. For instance, the Junction Inlet Capacity and Total Inflow Capacity per Junction control the amount of water that can enter a sewer node. Any excess water that exceeds a sewer node’s capacity is not allowed into the network and is instead redirected to the surface water.
