Creation Mode: Draw Line on Terrain

Purpose and Effect: Allows users to manually add road segments to complement imported shape data. Users can assign a road type based on OpenStreetMap's Highway attribute and provide a name in the Action Settings Panel to achieve the same visual style as imported streets.
