Purpose and Effect: scenarify supports the automatic creation of outflows for certain base models. For these base models, outflows are automatically generated for all rivers within the simulation domain. This action allows you to select rivers for which no automatic outflows will be generated. "In addition, you can combine this action with the outflow action to manually add customizable outflows.
